    <content type="html">&lt;center&gt;Welcome, one and all to my new cooking LiveJournal. This LiveJournal is a way for me to get my cooking ideas out into the world, as well as a way to log what I eat. As you will likely see, many of my creations are easy to make and do not require many specific ingredients. They are also fast, so as not to take time out of your busy, busy schedules. And of course, as always, they are delicious.
